The Phoenix

After reading reviews I was skeptical about applying. However, this is a case where you have to get your own perspective. Peydon made the entire process seamless. I love my apartment home. I’m thoroughly impressed with the condition of my unit. Everything was almost new and/or renovated. From appliances to carpet, fresh paint, and cabinetry in the kitchen. It’s very spacious for a 1 bedroom and the community is pretty chill. If you’re looking for an affordable apartment in a decent area I’d recommend the Phoenix!

The staff was very professional and welcoming. Amy, the manager was very polite and patient during the tour . She let me take videos of the apartment and ask me if I had any concerns. The building is clean and spacious with an amazing view and washer and dryer in the apartment. It also has security features at the front which totally minimizes any potential security risks. I can’t wait to move in . I had a wonderful time touring the neighborhood and apartment.

No communication!!! I applied, no one called or emailed. The day I was supposed to move in Peydon called me to see if I was moving in. No introduction, no apartment tour, nothing. The apartment I applied for they had listed as ready to move in, people were still living in the apartment. I went in for a tour, he showed me a unit completely different from what the pictures show online. Then he said the unit that I applied for would be ready in two weeks. It's been 19 days and I haven't heard from nobody! The manager Carmen showed me another apartment which they called (renovated) and was told the apartment was cleaned and ready for immediate move-in. I live in building 5804 it going to be 3 week no ac in my whole building I have 3 small children. I have gone to the leaseing offce more that 6 times all I hear they are fixing it don’t take 3 week to fix I already reported them to the BBB + and today going to call the coraparate If this is not fix in a week I’m just moving out the apartament I had high hopes but is clear the managers don’t care shit they have ac in there Office I have 3 small children with no ac when you tell both manager well they are fixing you have to be pactiene 3 weeks no ac with 3 children I’m looking. Already a New place don’t care the rent this is not a condición for children or any boda. For this matter don’t rent not what it seems UPDATE:they just put a bandage but still no ac got 3 new fans now my apartment
