Autumn Woods Apartments

If I could do a zero star review I would. They asked for my security deposit via money order, I gave it. This was 10/25, it is now 1/26 and my security deposit hasn’t been credit towards my account. I have a balance on my account due to them not crediting it, which they are also adding late fees. I’ve paid my rent every month, on time. They only allow you to get WiFi through them or a WiFi box through service providers that don’t even allow service in the area. Because I have a balance on my account, they put me on a disconnection list with the internet provider because of the balance THEY KNOW IS INVALID. I now have to wait 4 days to speak to someone from management to put in a reactivation ticket due to the holidays. Don’t even get me started on how UNHELPFUL the leasing consultants are.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. IM HERE WITH MY GRANDMOTHER AND HAVE BEEN FOR A SHORT WHILE, BUT EVEN SO, I’VE SEEN A TON OF ISSUES. These are the most important; When our refrigerator suddenly went out, they brought us a new one immediately. But the days after getting the new refrigerator, we started seeing a ton of ROACHES. We didn’t any issues with bugs or anything before we got that fridge. And when we told management about it, it took WEEKS for them to finally send pest control over (which obviously didn’t work at all), before we got another refrigerator. And even after that fact, pest control barely helped with the Roaches. One man they sent to spray out home, it wouldn’t didn’t help with anything, and not to mention he was so insanely rude with my grandmother th

Fraudulent staff when trying to apply they charged us $300 extra to accept our application and ended up denying it and asking for $300 more assuring us this time it would be accepted. The leasing staff is doing this under the table without the apartment complex consent Do Not Move Here!! The owners should look into this and there staff but they decide to overlook there unlawful doings

This place is horrible. Do NOT. And I mean DO. NOT. MOVE HERE. Since I started living here I have been experiencing troublesome things. They gave the unit I picked out to someone else. They towed my car 4 hours after the parking pass expired (4am by the way on a Friday). The leasing office is no help, they smile in your but talk about you in a different language while you’re sitting right there. Every experience with them ( leasing office) has been a living nightmare. They fogged my apartment for bugs and only gave me a 2 day notice meaning all of my belongings had to be replaced or washed because I had no time to store everything away. The apartment has a good layout and very clean but the internet connection here is 0% . Since when I moved in the internet connection has been very slow and I can't even do anything on my computer. I haven't powered on my TV since is came here due to poor connection. They have just one internet service provider called moonbeam that is extremely slow . The inconvenience that this causing me is more than me to take . I can't even recommend someone to rent here if u work remotely else ur going to loose ur job due to the poor connection I promise u . The experience here is soo bad just for this few months and right now as am talking I don't have internet connection an I can't do anything on my Computer 😭😭😭.
