Gateway Gardens

As a long-term resident of Gateway Gardens Apartments for the past ten years, I am writing this review to commend Clifton Dillard, the Resident Manager. While I have previously experienced good customer service, Clifton consistently surpasses expectations. He demonstrates a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure resident needs are met. His attention to detail and proactive approach to problem-solving are highly appreciated. Clifton's patience is also greatly valued, as he provides a sense of calm during challenging situations. He never makes unsubstantiated promises, but his dedication to exploring all possible solutions is reassuring. Clifton's commitment to maintaining a pleasant and comfortable living environment significantly enhances the resident experience.

Brandi was AMAZING, Very Kind, Patient and answered ALL of My questions!! She definitely deserves a 10 rating, NEED more Professional people like her. Shout out to Anna as well for her Professionalism. Thanks David for being a gentleman and making sure I had enough room with the stroller!!

The office staff maybe nice (like most of the most recent reviews are saying. They tell them to leave the review as you can tell because everyone leaves the name of the employee and the reviews are all similar) These apartments are infested with MICE, roaches and bed bugs. The maintenance people do show up when you call them but they don’t do much. They don’t fix all the little entry ways.

I have not moved into the apartment as of yet! However, BRANDI I had to capitalize all the letters in her name because that is how impactful she is to my experience. She was patient she explained everything in depth. No matter how many emails I sent her responses were careful and kind. She is very professional and it was almost as if I was a longtime bff or relative with the way she took care of my needs. Southern Management the year she has been with you is an absolute reward to your company! Do not let her go! Thank you Brandi!

These apartments have rats and the maintenance to the apartments is very poor quality you can’t have a nice car there the rims will get stolen or the car will get broken into the neighbors are super chill very nice neighbors they mind there business it’s just the complex in general is terrible the maintenance is just terrible there are so many complaints about rats or water leak they have the people come out and spray but don’t do anything to seal the holes where the rats come in theres really good people in this area but the way they have them living here is disgusting.
