The Peaks of Knoxville

I have been moved for over two months they still haven’t gave me my deposit. They just keep giving me the run around. I have talked to 4 different managers that work in the office at the peaks they’re no help either they all act like they don’t know what’s going on. I do not recommend living at the peaks. They will not give your deposit back. Very money hungry. And there is no one to talk to about it because they act like they can’t give you their corporate number.

Prices on website are wrong. Rent for 3bedroom is 1300+. My cousin has lived here for 3 years and has had the same problem since move in date. Maintenance never fixed issues. The roaches are a big problem. My cousin has OCD and the cleanest person I know and she has complained a lot but nothing has been done. Park is a disgrace, we took the kids once and thought they needed tetanus shots after. They’re quick to put a late on rent notice on your door, but don’t care about anything else.

The property is beautiful and the property manager Lori genuinely cares about the residents as well as the prospects! She provided very detailed information on the community as well as the application process! She was very welcoming and actually took time to show me the community as well as two different units! She also provided me with information for one of her other properties summer-crest!

Kay is an awesome Property manager! She really cares for the residents and does her best to make everyone happy! She’s the only manger since I’ve been here for these past 2yrs who have done her best to keep it clean and and tend to her tenants needs! She is awesome

This place should be torn down!!! i If you have a vehicle, be prepared to replace your tires- from the enormous potholes or glass in the street. The manager is sorry - when she's there. This is an actual dump!! Do not get caught with fake pictures on the website. If the manager were there sometimes, maybe she wouldn't be so proud to call herself the manager of this garbage can. The manager should be a shame - but she lives elsewhere!! Fire her and hire a manager that's present and cares. After all, the tenants are paying their hardened money for this dump.
