Great place to live, the only negative I can say is they go up on the rent every year and is an excessive amount. Griselle at the office was always helpful, kind and friendly always willing to answer all your questions , I appreciated her kindness. Maintenance always respectful, helpful and very friendly .

I’d give zero stars if I could. I cannot wait to move out of this place. -Mandatory HVAC drops ins, They don’t care if you’re home or not they’re going to enter (with about 6 men) -2000$+ for 750sq ft apartment, 1 bedroom, “newly renovated” in other words, everything is half assed. My cabinet handles don’t stay on, my towel rack won’t stay on the wall, the closet shelving is cheap and is pulling off of the wall, there’s a large gap between the counter and the backsplash, paint drips on the floor as well as whatever adhesive they used when building.
