I absolutely love it here!! Been here almost 4 years an I am so happy I moved down here! The lady’s in the office Janelle and Monica have been so helpful to me! I appreciate them so much!

The service was amazing and everyone was so friendly! Monica brought me right in and gave me a great tour and all the information I could ask for! The property is clean and welcoming as well!

The good thing about these apartments Is that they’re safe. The gym is good. Maintenance comes pretty quick. But They do not clean APTs well before you move in my cabinets were full of dead painted cockroaches and food. And My kitchen counters Have missing pieces that they didn’t want to fix. My bathroom counters were stained up. They charge me probably an extra $80 for water and trash every month, but they do not charge that to everybody. They will tell you they do but I know people who live here that don’t.

Everyone here pays $1200+ a month but for some reason management cannot afford to maintain a clean and safe property. In the winter, they leave ice and snow all over the parking lot and sidewalks for days until the sun finally melts it. In the summer, they close down the pool at least once a week because it’s so dirty that It’s unsafe to swim in. And even on days that the pool is open, it’s still dirty no matter if it just opened or if it’s the end of the day. It really makes you wonder what exactly they’re spending our rent money on… Probably end of the year “bonuses” For themselves.

Fantastic place to live. The front office staff are so friendly and responsive. Every concern I've raised, every maintenance request I've put in, was address and resolved promptly. There are so many community building events. They've really fostered a neighborly environment!
