The Park on Westpointe

We lived there for about 4 years, left, and now are coming back. We LOVE it here. Michelle is wonderful and helped us through the process of moving back in. When we got our keys and went in we found some “issues” (minor things) and Michelle came to look at it herself with maintenance and the next morning they had people coming in to fix everything. We love the area and the amenities are great. The neighborhood is fantastic and it is HARD for us to hear neighbors.

Best apartment complex we’ve lived in! Staff are courteous and friendly. Maintenance is fast to respond and take good care of you. We’ve been blessed to have good neighbors as well :) Couldn’t ask for more from the community!

The place is nice, but I think the prices are high for what they offer. There is no laundry. They have no place and games for children. Lack of equipment in gyms There is a lack of safety in case of a twisters. They should fine neighbors who do not comply with the rules, for example, who do not clean the poop of their pets in common areas.

The property is beautiful, the office staff are outstanding and all my neighbors even as you walk through the property are kind and polite. Any time there was a need for maintenance it was always done professionally and quickly. The Park at Westpointe Apartments is a wonderful place to call home.

The front office people are always kind and accommodating. they are the BEST! I did however put in a request to fix a minor plumbing issue however I have not heard or seen anyone to fix it. Request made a few weeks ago.
