The Park at Veneto Apartment Homes

I have been living here for a couple of years. I am not going to say it has always been perfect. Nothing is perfect, little hiccups happened along the way, but nothing has ever made me think of leaving. The new management team has made it even more very pleasant to live here. From Val to the maintenance guys, everyone is friendly and helpful. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, I receive a prompt response. Whether it was something simple, they still show that they care and do their best to correct the issue. I hope I stay here for many more years. Thank you, guys.

I always leave reviews not based off first impressions or issues, but wait for real value to input. Its been a Rollercoaster, not going to lie, but I understand the new management is doing their best to turn the negatives around. I believe how a person responds to criticism, issues and problems to find a solution and improve is more telling then anything about the intent and true energy of a person and company Val has been beyond helpful and responsive. She truly has been doing her best, and overall its been going in the right direction. This is more then any other management I have experience in my past at any complex I lived in and I wanted to leave a kind remark, cause she is doing a great job. Nice community, great communication from the office folks, love how clean their U.I. looks on their app as well, mostly everything is where you need it to be, and it’s a big place too as well so for these people to go out of their way to pass by and check on some of us says a lot in terms of just making sure everything is up to standards. A lot of pet owners so definitely a plus as well if you like animals!

I am a new tentant and the process of applying and moving in was an absolute pleasure. When I came to do the last inspection of my assigned apartment, management stated that the readiness of the apartment was not up to standard and gave me an upgraded apartment at the same rate. They actually stated we can't let you move in that apartment and that they would have their maintenance department come back to finish the unit, but as not to prolong my move in I was given one of their prime rated units. I have been here 2 months now and absolutely love my apartment. And Smokey and Bandit my 2 cats really love the place!

Edit - It's almost been a year and I decided to raise my rating. The parking issue has subsided and I honestly have no major complaints about this place at all now. I'm not gonna complain about minor issues that management has little/no control over. Things have been fixed in a timely manner. The admin staff have always treated us well. Our building is quiet and clean. It's a convenient location (close to literally everything). Our apartment is great. No bugs or any of the issues that others have experienced. Our neighbors are fantastic. It's kind of surprising how quite it can be around here.
