The Park at Murano Apartment Homes

Trash compactor constantly broken. Residents started using recycling to put there trash out. Management keeps saying they will install cameras and will fine residence but they have done nothing for the past 10 months. This is a constant cycle that they keep temporarily fixing. And broken class is always on the ground it is extremely unsafe to drive/ walk near. We need a permanent fix this is unacceptable.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a place. I had been there for 6 months when I started having medical issues which I proved and was even told they would release me if I left by a certain date. Then 2 weeks before i was to leave they said corporate decided different and I would be charged over 6k dollars. some was for lease termination then a whole bunch of bogus charges for electric garbage cable even though i was a perfect tenant did not insist on fixing my patio the whole time only asked 3 times. I had my lawyer contact them and demand the law be kept by providing information and instead of answering within the alloted time by law they have put it on my credit with all the wrong charges or even telling us where these were all coming from. Kadia is amazing! She helped so much with the move-in process and remembered my name the second time I met her which I found super nice. However, sometimes Poala would answer the phone and say “she’d call back the next day” and never would, nor would she update anyone else with the (slight) issues I had moving in. I’d let out a breath of fresh air when kadia picked up the phone because everytime she actually helped and is the sole reason I was able to move-in. Poala also seemed very rude, occasionally nice..but usually rude so idk what that was about. As for the apartment you get what you pay for? I didn’t experience bugs or mold like other reviews and the maintenance men where amazing to me, funny guys. The most annoying part to me though was the lack of working washing/drier machines. An

I have lived in this place for over a year. It's actually very quiet and comfortable to live here. The apartments are of good quality, and the office and maintenance staff are very attentive and friendly. In my experience, it's a great place, and the maintenance crew is always cleaning and trying to make the property even more beautiful every day. Thanks to Eric, Dany, Vany, Paola, and Kadia for their hard work in transforming and maintaining The Park at Murano.
