The Park at Cooper Point Apartments

I'd like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to the very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff at The Park at Cooper. A special thanks to Taylor Mack and Soren Christensen who helped me navigate the application process and answered all my numerous questions. I was very impressed with their flawless response to a maintenance issue that was resolved within a few hours-a big thanks to Seth. Now that I'm settled in, I'll be heading for the indoor heated swimming pool and sauna. Other pluses are the Amazon hub lockers, valet trash service and closeness to my favorite restaurants and businesses. I'm a very happy new resident.

While the location is great and the maintenance people are awesome.. the inconsistency with the pool/ other amenities is awful. The pool was closed for almost 3 months for "repairs" and there was NEVER anyone in there repairing anything due to hiring "Sketchy contractors". Since the beginning of the year the pool has been open maybe 3 consecutive days before it's closed again for 4 days. There's never any posted notice as to why it's closed. It's a guessing game. I personally think we should receive discounts on rent when the amenities we pay for aren't available.

Been here a little over two months now. Had some hiccups in leasing process but it was promptly fixed. Maintenance guy and office people are nice and respond to issues quickly. 3 bedroom units are decently sized and I love having my own bathroom. Can’t wait until the pool is open again though! Editing to add that the pool/spa closures are frustrating. I’ve been here almost 6 months now and the pool has been closed for almost half that time and now heading into another two week closure for “maintenance” even though it was literally just remodeled.

aggressive dogs on property! changing management staff..smoking all over when it states non smoking facility, even with the crew.unpredictable lawn care. swiftly changing price quotes for leasing. not impressed,

Lived here just under a year and I have had a very positive and great experience here. The office staff has been nothing but kind, respectful, and friendly. The maintenance staff is absolutely killer! Quick to get repairs done and always explains what happened, and very respectful of my home. The only down side I can think of is parking is sometimes a hassle and the car ports are out of my personal price range. All in all it’s a very reasonable complex for the area and the rental price is worth it to be right in town, and feel safe and secure. :)
