Manny & Alicia are the very best in the leasing office !! They communicate so well and straightforward. They go above and beyond to help you find your perfect home. The maintenance here is very attentive and always on time! There is always maintenance on call even after hours, maintenance shows up which is pretty awsome! We're going to hit our year staying here in The Parks apartments and we will definitely be renewing our lease with them again. Hurry and get the new special deals they got going on its soo worth it! I toured this place. I got taken into an apartment that the tenants just moved out of and wasn’t cleaned. Paint and/or caulk on the floor, appliances were old and outdated. The dishwasher baskets were rusted out. I’ve never seen such old washer and dryer. I felt my clothes would get cleaner at a laundromat than using the ones in the apartment. HVAC system looked like it could be updated and probably added costs to the tenant. Bathroom cabinet and countertop felt shorter than typical standard height. Caulk missing between finishes. Saw bugs hiding between the window sill and window frame. The exterior wasn’t cleaned. Cigarette butts, trash, old appliances and furniture were in the building hallways. Carport storage closets seem like they were about to fall apart. And not sure about exter

I gave it a 1 because that’s the lowest I can go. I lived there like 7 or so years ago they weren’t perfect but they were alright. The reason I decided to come back was because 1. Of the little yard and 2. It was closer to my work but I would 1000% don’t recommend moving here. When I moved in they said that the apartment was ready to move in it wasn’t. I had to spend 1 full day cleaning that place because of how disgusting it was. The door for the back yard was broken didn’t work the whole time I lived there had to put cinder blocks to hold it close so my dogs wouldn’t get out. The sealing had what it looked like blood splatters one of the fans didn’t have the string to turn it on one of the closet doors was all messed up because it was not properly installed. It’s fine. Had no issues my first year. A new owner took over a few months ago and sadly no improvements to the property have been made, but my fees sure have gone up as if they did.. VERY disappointing. Just another money hungry management company lining their pockets by making housing unaffordable.

Think twice.. We had lived here from August 2022 to August 2023. Those five star reviews are fake. Since moving in we had lots of problems, the management just fixed half of them. We never used the pool because it is so dirty. I think they just started cleaning in July 2023. We had to wait almost a month to change our broken garage disposal. We had mold in our apartment, they came to clean once and disappeared. We cleaned every week, it comes back. Air conditioner/ heater uses a lot of power, every month we got a big bill. In our apartment the air filter didn’t have the right place to install. They just put it on top of the grill. They changed our broken washer, gave us a stinky, dirty machine. Asked to give us a new one, the maintenance guy said if it works no replacement. We had to turn
