I am so grateful that we chose to have Havenhill build our dream home. They made what is usually an extremely stressful process much more enjoyable and less stressful than I could have imagined. When problems or issues did arise they were quick to listen to my concerns and find a solution. Zack in particular was very patient with the “freak out” moments I had. In addition to their process being smooth they also built an exceptional home. The craftsmanship of their subs was outstanding and if it ever wasn’t Zack and Taylor made sure the work was fixed to their standards, which are high. The stellar management of the process enables our home to be finished from tear-down of the existing home to final inspection in about 13 months, which is an outstanding timeline for a custom home the size

Havenhill killed it for us. They took a ton of time upfront to understand what we wanted, how we could make it work within our budget, were clear and transparent in their pricing and really helped us get a very clear picture up front before we dug a hole. This helped us understand what we were getting ourselves into and minimized surprises and change orders. Their accounting was spot on. Their communication was always on time keeping us up to speed and they exceed our project timeline. I couldn't recommend them more. In fact, I have recommended them to several in our neighborhood who have also been super impressed by their team.
