We absolutely love closing here, it’s very nice and everyone is super friendly. Linda is an actual Angel, she has helped us with 3 closings that have all been amazing. My only recommendation would be little closing gifts for your clients, other title companies have given us some pretty cool stuff at closing but we do love you guys and will always come back!

We asked for an in person closing after finding the virtual closing was not going to work for us. The office in Orem made an appointment for us in the Bountiful office, and Linda graciously offered to go through the closing since the agent was stopped in traffic while en route. She was wonderful to work with and went through everything carefully and explained each document for us. The agent arrived and we discussed the coordination together. I appreciate these offices coordination and we were taken care of very well. Thank you Linda for dropping everything to help us yesterday so we could close!
