The Palms at Irving

Great apartments, affordable and close to many stores. The manager is awesome!! She’s very helpful. Love these apartments. 5 stars..

I don't leave a lot of comments but I feel like i had to for this place. It's quiet you don't get loud neighbors other than the houses that live in the nearby neighborhood. They claim to be remodeled but I lived around the area long enough to know they just ripped out the carpet and added some cheap tiles that break easily and the manager will charge you for it after you move. if your looking for spacious and nice you wont find it here but honestly the cheapest 2 bedroom "townhomes" you will find in this economy In Irving and no roaches which is good also. The only thing I would warn you about is the property manager she likes to let her self in you apartment. One time me and my wife were sitting on the couch watching TV she knocks once and as I am getting up she's already opening the doo

Nice to see they had the old reviews deleted, cause it did not paint them in the best light... Rented a townhouse, fine for a while, and then fees out of nowhere. Adding pet rent when other people couldn't clean up after their dogs. Nothing ever got fixed. Light bulb out in fridge and oven. Fan in the bathroom stopped working. Had to change my own batteries in the smoke detectors. They'd go in and out of your apartment without warning. If you didn't have deadbolt locked, they would just let themselves in. The "pest control" is literally just changing an air filter, which they only did like 5 times in 3 years. Several times, I had to buy my own air filter. That obviously did not stop the bugs. Staff is nice, property is kept up, it's quiet.
