The Oaks of Spring Valley

I met with Jay and also met with Christian they helped me with everything ,they made my move in as smooth as possible and I’m hopeful. The staff here at Oaks of Spring Valley is great! I love that management keeps a very open communication when notifying the residents and dealing with my concerns. When you just want to walk around the area you feel safe which is very important.

I recently came here with my daughter while she helped me to get back on my feet ,I got my own place here ,because of the cost ,the area and the cleanliness of the property. The residents here are very friendly and some have been here for a long time ,The staff here at Oaks of Spring Valley including maintenance are awesome when you place a request for maintenance they come ,they do not keep you waiting ,when you just want to walk around the area you feel safe which is very important, also when you call the office and need answers or help regarding anything they try to help you as best they can or give you resources .I met with The manager Jay and also met with Christian they helped me with everything ,they are very knowledgeable and made my move in as smooth as possible

It's a place to live. Don't expect 5 star service. Invest in some window insulation and basic homeowner tools. Maintenance is slow at best and ineffective at worst. I take care of my own minor repairs like unclogging the drain, adjusting the hot water heater, or resealing the windows. Basically if the repair is not a threat to the value of the property, you're on your own. On the bright side, they were there in 10 minutes when I said my hot water heater exploded. Edit: It has been five days since I asked for the fire alarm to be repaired. I went back and found that out of the 25 service requests made in the years I've lived here, 5 were competed with any degree of efficacy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at The Oaks of Spring Valley. Christian was the one who assisted us throughout the process, and he was incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient every step of the way. He made sure all our questions were answered and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly. Definitely leaving 5 stars!

I can appreciate that they try to keep this property up and the staff is friendly however, I have been very underwhelmed living here at Oaks of Spring Valley. Upon move in, the apartment was pretty dirty all around and not in the best condition. There were roaches everywhere and although I do not see as many as I did at move-in, I am constantly seeing them. The last straw was seeing them crawling through my dishes and pans so I quite literally have not cooked in the apartment since then…I only will eat out. The amenities don’t appear to be used and aren’t in the best condition. On the flip side, the neighborhood is quiet, feels safe and the location is good. That being said I have been too uncomfortable living here for the past few months that I wouldn’t renew my lease and honestly I canno
