What a great, affordable option for apartment housing. You get your value met while still satisfying apt and community needs. Get yourself a balcony view if you can. Pretty location and super accessible for many surrounding businesses etc. Few complaints may include the occasional pest and thinner compartment walls. The maintenance staff honestly are a 10/10. Property management has shifted around here and there, but no complaints by any means from my interactions. Neighbors are nice. I'll miss this place tbh. Could come back someday, who knows?

Maintenance folks are great. However, prior to and since I have moved in there has been little to no communication from property management. They seem to be unorganized or just do not care about their residents. Unless something changes soon I will be leaving as soon as the lease is up and would NOT recommend anyone move here. UPDATE: Property managers reached out and apologized for the inconvenience and helped us through our apartment transfer. With this help and communication we think its a great place to live! Thanks

Had a wonderful experience with the maintenance man named "D". He came to install a new celling fan/light in our master bedroom. He took care of the issue quickly and professionally. He also offered to take my trash to the dumpster area for me. Greatly appreciated.

Amazing place to live! Also very helpful staff! I was accompanied by the most polite staff maintenance man moe an absolute sweetheart He was quick to respond and very helpful! I’ve dealt with so many low quality maintenance men over the years and Oakland maintenance never disappoints me! Highly recommend:)

Great place to live! The property manager is so nice, welcoming and always responds in a timely manner. Pest control comes and sprays once a month, maintenance comes in as quickly as possible, and is super respectful. It’s quiet and in such a convenient location!
