The Oaks Apartments

They’ve recently upgraded the laundry rooms and they look amazing! They’re much bigger with newer machines and it’s even easier now that u can use QR codes instead of coins! Office staff is amazing and addresses any concerns I have with care! Definitely would recommend.

This has been one of the most stressful and poorly managed housing experiences I’ve ever had. Many of the most serious issues began after I discovered I was being charged approximately $400 more in rent than new tenants were paying for comparable units at The Oaks. When I raised this concern and requested an adjustment, management refused, citing that I had already signed a new lease. After that point, much-needed repairs were routinely delayed or denied, with management using my pets as justification to avoid addressing legitimate maintenance issues. The unit had ongoing mold problems, along with pest issues and paper-thin walls and floors/ceilings—so thin that you can hear neighbors talking in the hallway and phones vibrating in the unit above. My experience living in the apartments was a really good one. I have nothing to complaint, The apartment was nice, and I felt it was decent, especially considering the price we were paying. Overall, it was quite a nice place. Never really had an issue with my apartment, Ms, Sanese at the Lease Office, always greeted me with a smile and was always willing to help. In fact, I had many questions about the process and the payments and she always took the time to answer them.

The laundry room is a disaster. I understand it’s a shared space but it is never cleaned and 2/8 washers are flooded and have been for many weeks. 2/8 dryers do not work and also haven’t been fixed. For an apartment complex this size you think the two laundry rooms would be maintained.
