don’t recommend. they just want you to sign a lease & pay application fees without giving you all of the stipulations for chances of approval. don’t have the balls to call you back so they leave an email & disconnect their phone for the day. i do intend on disputing the application fee charges. crazy they make it so hard to get into such a hellhole. did a tour the other day & there were like 2 sheriff cars & 2 police cars there. should’ve been my stopping point but lesson learned.

I applied to these apartments, glad i did not. The landlord seems nice on the phone. In person seems like the place is run like a prison camp. All the slave owners in the office and the residents are the labor. I spoke with one of the maintenance guys and he told me, "you are making a mistake". He said the management changed and they are racist. They do not want blacks in the complex and they have preferential treatment in court.

have lived here for 3 years. It wasn't the perfect place when I moved in but it was bearable, probably would have given it 3 stars then. Spent some time away for school obligations and it was DRASTICALLY WORSE when I came back. Never interacted with my neighbors previously because I couldn't give you evidence of their existence (noise, trash, etc.), NOW I could recognize 75% of them by the brand of beer bottles they smash on the road, sidewalk, grass, and any other tiny space they could fit their hands in. Yelling at screaming at all hours, blasting music that shakes the apartment and is audible over my own headphones at full volume. The police presence has dropped, I believe only due to the fact that a majority of the residence are involved in whatever altercation might warrent police. I

My family and I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and we have been happy here. Our 1st year we had a few problems, but they are under all new management and owners now and things are improving! The maintenance is quick and reliable... Some previous review said something about nails and wood on the side of the road, they were repairing roofs, so what do you expect. The rent is reasonable. If you are on a Days Inn budget, you shouldn't expect the Hilton... The management is super nice and helpful!

You get what you pay for, I guess. Allow me to mention the good things, and then tell you the bad. They were relatively quick and nice on MINOR/SMALL fixes. The dog park is cool, has free doggy poop bags, and you do get free garbage bags, I can say that much. But the doggy poop bags didn't seem to stay in stock as much as they were needed, I constantly had to request them in an effort to help pick up OTHER PEOPLES' PETS' FECES. Dog poop on every patch of grass, that really annoyed me. They don't have cameras, so you have to report it for them to do anything about it. The wifi availability is INTOLERABLE at least in building 16. I got screwed over by my roommate with a joint lease, and the company was ONLY fair. Didn't help in any way except with information, but I was thankful for that muc
