Midtown Starkville Apartments

This is the start of my second year living here and I absolutely love it! The leasing manager is super easy to get in touch with and maintenance has also been so quick! Also they are pet friendly :)

I have lived here for 3 months now and I love it! Our apartment is very open and is so roomy. The only thing to be aware of is there is no elevators, so moving in on the 3rd floor was not for the weak. Stormi is very responsive and responds to emails in a timely manner if you need help with anything. I would definitely recommend living here!!

Midtown is located in the heart of Starkville. I have lived here for 3 years now & wouldn’t change it for the world! The apartments are spacious and take “college living” to the next level. The grounds are well kept and it is extremely safe. I highly recommend anyone looking for housing in the Starkville area to check out Midtown!

This is my second year living at Midtown Apartments! Living at Midtown Apartments has been a wonderful experience! Midtown is in an amazing location, I can easily walk to campus or downtown however still avoid the noise that comes with living in the middle of the Cotton District. Midtown is clean and the apartment complexes are very spacious! All of the residents in Midtown are friendly and considerate of each other! I also love that there is always somewhere to park! Stormi is also the best and so helpful! She always responds to any emails within minutes. I seriously have no complaints about Midtown and would definitely recommend living here to anyone!

This is my first year living here, and it has been a wonderful experience so far! The units are exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Stormi, the property manager, has been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.
