The North Independence

Tiffany has helped me in numerous situations while living at the Shipyard, whether it was upgrading to a new apartment, helping us to connect with Maintenance, answering any questions we have, etc. During the summer months she shows up to maintain order at the pool- she goes way beyond her duties. She puts the tenants first and always has answers to whatever is needed. Her personal relationships within this community make her an extremely valuable asset to this company.

Mike M is the best. He is on time, trustworthy, hard -working, reliable and always keeps his work neat. 100% would recommend him to others in the building.

Shout out to Mike, one of the maintenance staff at the NI. He’s been a terrific help a number of times the past couple years. He’s very friendly and professional, and goes out of his way to help resolve issues. Mike is great at diagnosing problems and quickly following through with solutions. He also gets along well with my cat! Grateful to have him as a resource.
