The Nolan Apartments

My experience at the Nolan so far has been pleasant, smooth, and stress free. Kevin the leasing manager is very easy to get in contact with and is extremely timely with his responses. The property itself is very well maintained and the maintenance team themselves are quick to solve any issues.

Have been living at the Nolan for 6 months now and I absolutely love it. From the property manager, Kevin, who made the application process seamless to the punctual service request response, it has been nothing but awesome. Area is quiet and still located conveniently from NJ and all the shopping centers in the area. Would highly recommend renting here.

The Nolan might have been my best rental experience. Kevin makes the move-in/move-out process go smoothly. Ken, the maintenance guy, is amazing. He responds quickly to requests. Sometimes we got our maintenance requests taken care of within the day or even hours.

I absolutely love it here. I have lived here for almost a year and Kevin and Ken are AWESOME! Kevin made the application and move in process easy for me and has been very supportive since then. Ken is always around and on top of any hiccups you may acquire. They are literally a phone call away. People are friendly and always speaking and it is very nice always seeing people with their dogs and their kids outside playing! It is very peaceful here.

I have been living here for a little over two years and have had no complaints, Kevin and Ken have been fantastic to us and help us out with any problems in a timely and efficient manner. Our neighbors have been fantastic, looking forward to another year here at least!
