The property management team made my move-in very easy and transparent. Communication was clear, and they were patient in explaining fees and policies. The apartment was in good condition, and the community seems peaceful and well kept. Appreciate the professionalism.

Don’t not recommend moving here they hire people that don’t know hot to fix anything and they have to end up calling real professionals. We haven’t had hot water in 4 days and no one came to fix it we’ve put in numerous of complaints yet they want to keep going up in rent without making lastly their office for the most part hires rude people especially when you first walk in the young guy gives everyone a attitude Theresa is very nice and helpful though

The apartments are very spacious, there’s no doubt about that. However, safety is a concern, suspicious individuals are often seen wandering around the parking lots at night, making it feel unsafe to go outside. The biggest issue is the rat infestation. This place is practically a haven for rats. The wooden floors are old with gaps that allow them to come through easily. I’ve personally caught around 15 rats inside my apartment, and more kept coming. The administration has done very little, only putting traps outside the apartment, which is completely ineffective. Another major problem is mold. The walls and floors are full of it, and instead of properly cleaning or repairing the affected areas, the administration just sprinkles charcoal over it. Management just does not care about the people that live here at all. The maintenance men are terrific. I saw three children fall today from snow not being removed and it’s their job to get it off the sidewalks and they have not.
