I have lived at Rock Springs for over two years and always recommend it to everybody. Great neighbors, clean grounds and hallway. Friendly stuff - Anna in the office is always nice and helpful, maintenance Ismael and Nelson are great. I had an issue with my closet doors and they came and fixed it very fast.. Low cost on electric. I really like how they constantly install new things and take care of the grounds. Last year they installed new grills and pergola. Also, there are new machines in the laundry and it is clean. Happy to live here!
I loved living at Rock Springs. Comfortable, clean apartment. Very nice friendly neighbours. Great maintenance - Ismael and Nelson always come fast in case I need them. Anna in the office is always helpful. Laundry is clean. They installed new machines recently. I love the new BBQ area with free grills. I highly recommend Rock Springs and happy to call it home!
Terribly built. Thin walls and doors. Bad management. No amenities. No patio. Dirty laundromat. Overpriced mediocrity. DO NOT believe the posts stating that the apartments & management are good. They are from residents who either drank beers with management or management showed favoritism and the 'tenants' gave good reviews. No parking spots for tenants who come home late. Cicada killer bees all over the front lawns in the summer. Kids roaming all times of the night dragging garbage bags to the dumpsters in the unsafe back lots. The only good thing about Rock Springs Apartments is that there's a 7-11 across the street.
I’ve really enjoyed my time at Rock Springs. The apartments are spacious and cozy. My neighbors are warm and welcoming, and Anna in the office is always friendly and helpful. The new laundry machines work great. It's a place that truly feels like home.
I enjoy living at Rock Springs it’s a very Comfortable and spacious Great maintenance they always come fast in case I need them. Anna in the office is always helpful. Laundry is clean. The complex recently added new machines. I highly recommend Rock Springs you won’t regret living here.
