The Morton Apartments

What an awesome experience I had working with Ximena as I went through the application process. She was thorough, patient, and covered all potential issues. She kept me updated at each step of the way and although I was ultimately not able to obtain a an apartment, she was truly a pleasure. Ximena, stay blessed. You are truly an asset to the business.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! My daughter has lived here for a couple years now and has never been late on rent and in return she has constantly had issues with the ac running hot and they won’t fix it and just keep topping it off w/freon and sometimes they takes MONTHS to even do that! Then it’s cold for a couple weeks only. They also have TERMITES now and the washer and dryer was supposed to be fixed/replaced for again MONTHS and it’s still not done. This place is a DUMP. I think it’s disgusting to treat a pregnant woman like this and make her live in this type of conditions. She’s depressed and hot and miserable. These are some awful people that obviously don’t care about anything but money. I’m giving her the legal means to stop this charade. Enough is enough!

The Morton Apartments is an all around great place to rent. The leasing team at the front office was professional, efficient, and caring. My experience with them is a blessing in itself. Thank you for your business.

While living at the Morton Apartments, I’ve experienced some challenges with maintenance delays, but one person who consistently stands out is Ms. Jannette. Even with limited support and the pressures of being the only one in the office, she never fails to show up for the residents. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile truly make a difference. She listens, follows through, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. In times when it feels like no one is paying attention, she is a steady and compassionate presence. I’m incredibly grateful for her dedication and heart — she is the reason many of us feel seen and supported in this community.

We moved in the middle of November 2019. We could not be happier. This would be a great starter apartment home. It is very close to downtown Plant City and shopping centers. The staff here is super nice and you will love these little homes.
