DO NOT RENT. Several things including money stolen from rental property after maintenance guys would show up unannounced and enter home without permission. Started remodeling house w 2 months of rent still left then took our deposits after taking very good care of home. Was unable to live in house for 2 months due to heat breaking and causing water to freeze. Did not reimburse or give us another place to stay in mean time (which he had available). When confronted about said situations cussed me out and said he’s taking me to court.

Chad was excellent and was in constant communication with us while our house was on the market. We were with another realtor and saw no movement at all so we switched to Haywood. We’re glad we did!

Food was delish and cheap. I got a double butter burger and onion rings for less than $6

I hear great things about them. looked a a couple properties they had and they work well with customers
