Love living here, but I have to say since the cost of living, food, and gas keeps going up, and the rent each year,, it's been a struggle paying the amount of rent that Woda is charging for a one-bedroom place. West Virginia has the poorest economy, and in my truest opinion, the rent should be in a lower tier.. just sayin 🤷
I have been looking for a place to rent. Bayridge greene and any apartment complex in the Woda Group will not rent to people that actually have a decent job and income. they only want renters who mooch off the sytem. they say they are equal opportunity, but once they learn what your income is they are not. do not go to any apartments in the Woda Group
Rhonda at the front desk is so helpful. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. She's definitely the right woman for the job. Will also go out of her way to assist you in your moving process. Overall I give her and my experience there a 5+.
Beautiful place to live quiet great location staff is beautiful very nice people I love it here
