I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience selling a home for the first time. All my fears about the process were put to rest after meeting Eric Riggleman the very first day. He is super knowledgeable and his availability to me day and night was fantastic. Not to mention he's just nicest guy on the planet! Eric's advise on home improvements and pricing was spot on as I was able to settle on a contract in under a week after listing it. Buying a house is a nightmare especially when you know absolutely nothing about real estate or anything associated with it. We tried going with someone from a different real estate company and he didn’t seem to be interested in the house we were and basically didn’t really try for us . Then we sent out the 🆘 message to Eric Riggleman lol he stepped in reassured us that this wasn’t the way home buying was supposed to be. Eric went above and beyond and helped us buy our first home . He answered all my silly questions and was patient with us and made the home buying experience a less stressful experience then it had been before ! Eric Riggleman made the entire process of buying a home simple and painless. As a first time home buyer, I needed everything explained to me in detail and he did so happily and thoroughly. He checked on me throughout the process, and gave me countless recommendations for mortgage lenders, inspectors, and more, all of which turned out to be quality choices. Eric will be my only choice for realtor services moving forward, and he should be your only choice too! 10/10, 5 stars, would 100% recommend!

They are really pushing hard to get most out of you....I dont know a company that doesnt negotiate....so its confusing and not recommendable...buyer be aware, they will charge 10 percent hidden in their contract...
