Living here has been awesome! Charlotte, the property manager, is so sweet and always makes sure everything runs smoothly. She is super easy to talk to and really cares about her residents. Jordan is the best too. He is always quick to help and gets things fixed right away. The place is kept clean, the staff is great, and it really feels like home.

AVOID this place at all costs unless you want to pay close to ~$500 for your utilities every month. 1. Poor/inefficient heating system. I had to set all my thermostats to 80F just to get the apartment heat up to 60F! The maintenance guy comes in and says the heating system works normally and that there is nothing he can do. The leasing managers keep redirecting to contact the maintenance. I gave up on them and started using space heaters which is costing me fortune for utilities. 2. Poor A/C in the summer. The apartment gets extremely humid in the summer since the apartment is not well insulated + poor A/C. I have to keep a humidifier on all day which condenses -1 gal of water every hour!

My boyfriend and I have been living at The Metropolitan since December, and we truly love it here! It’s the perfect apartment for anyone looking to be in the West Chester area. Even though it’s conveniently located right off the main highway, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Everyone we’ve interacted with in the leasing office has been wonderful - especially Charlotte, who is always available with helpful information when you need it. And we can’t say enough good things about Jordan, the maintenance tech. Anytime we’ve had an issue (which is normal in any apartment), Jordan is quick to respond and always gets things resolved right away. That kind of responsiveness is rare!! I’ve lived here for quite a few years and in the past I’ve had some not so great experiences with leasing managers BUT, our new manager Charlotte is fantastic. She is so respectful and kind and it is very obvious she cares a lot about this property. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect of quality of life needs here and has really helped make this complex feel more like a community. Within her time here she’s helped bring in events and better maintenance teams and is on top of handling this property as if all apartments were her own. If you’re in the market for a small, quiet, and reasonably priced property to live at, I would recommend looking here!
