We went with John Jamgochian ( John jam ) and couldn't have had made a better decision when it came to picking a realtor. This was our first home purchase and John never hesitated on any step of the way. From the first phone call John was responsive and dedicated to finding us the home we felt fit for us. When it came time for showings John was eager to get on the process and continued to make times work for us and our schedules. When we were ready to make an offer John went the extra mile and got us everything that we needed from inspection referrals to setting up odds and ends which we would have been in the dark without his help. This was the second experience using John Jam! John was incredible to work with. We had a recent death in the family and enlisted John again to sell the townhouse. He toured the house and put together a complete list of comparable houses recently sold in the neighborhood. With his help we arrived at listing price that attracted the perfect buyer. We had a deal signed within one week and settlement in a month. John and his team were there at settlement and carefully explained every detail during the closing. This is my first experience selling a house and John made the whole process seem seamless! When I was listing my house John had a potential buying coming out to see the house the day the pictures where being taken for the listing, it wasn’t even technically on the market yet. John priced my house perfectly and the house sold in 3 days with the first two showings putting offers in. John was very quick to respond to any phone calls with questions I had and always made me feel like I was his first priority. There were a few issues the buyers’ inspector found and John was able to set me up with the appropriate people to take care of the issues. I cannot recommend John enough, you will be in good hands with John!
