We chose Tom as our real estate agent in 2017 because he lived across the street from us. Prior to selling in 2017 we had one experience, buying our first house. It wasn't a very good experience. Our agent was not very helpful and did not have our best interest in mind. Our experience with Tom exceeded our expectations. He was very patient with us, as we were first time home sellers. He gave great advice on preparing our home to sell and negotiated a great price with the buyers.
