I have thank the staff for always being super attentive. Truly they been really helpful to my family. Mr. Miles is really been helpful from the beginning to the process and now that I have been settled into the complex. They have playground. Bbq pit. Love they have the camera , keeps the community safe

Miles and his team are the best! They keep everything running smoothly and actually fix problems fast. The building always looks clean and the staff remembers everyone's name. Miles is super responsive to emails and always follows through on requests. They even organize fun events for residents. If you're looking for a well-managed place in LA, The Meridian is it.

The staff is always helpful, as I see how clean and adequate the team is with any plumbing issue or safety of the residence. The manager Mr. Miles of the building is always professional and intently addresses any issue or concern brought up. Very impressed with the property.

The staff at the Meridian are phenomenal!! One of the main reasons I decided to live here was the service I received from the management team. Miles did everything to assist in helping me to get the documents I needed to be approved. The community room is cool and there are BBQ pits you can rent. This is a new building so you are likely to be one of the first to live in any of the units. I was shown an apartment that only had one prior tenant before me. Everything in working order and clean building. I’m thankful.
