The apartment itself is decent, however living there through the summer was awful. My ac broke MULTIPLE times, not only did I have to wait weeks for maintenance to come, but had maintenance come only to “not have the parts” or break the unit even more resulting in water flooding one of the bedroom entrances (they only gave us a box fan to fix the flood btw and we were probably charged in damages for that and we didn’t even cause that) and never fix it fully til the summer was over conveniently. Which racked our electric bill up sky high because we had to run off of fans throughout the whole apartment. As well as the washer and dryers were constantly broken and never fixed no matter how many times you would file a complaint for that. Biggest problem with this place is their lack of communi

We moved out in 2024. And thev are iust now contactina us about "damages" that went unpaid. We were not told about these upon moving out. If i could gc lower than one star i would.... don't listen to their bs responses to these reviews they genuinely do not care about anything.That's not making them money. They don't care about living conditions for the people in their park. And they don't care about the consistent roach issue, even though your house can be spotless. They have pictures and damages and cannot prove they were from us.And are trying to charge us i would delete this and repost it every single time you guys respond to this

Worst apartment that I have lived at. A pipe disconnected to the water heater and flooded my room. The floor stayed wet for 2 weeks and the only thing they did was bring a box fan. Our sliding glass door got shattered by the lawn care team. We were never notified about it we just came home to the broken door and it took them 2 weeks to fix it (while we had 2 police reports out for a stalker). Lastly, the shower above us started leaking and they had to cut the roof out and left it unfixed for 2 weeks. I would not recommend signing a lease here! :)

I’ve been living here for 2 months and I’ve read some very bad reviews but honestly I can’t relate with them. The price is very competitive and the apartments are good quality for what you pay. The overall environment is nice. The way they look outside the design isn’t very attractive but there are more important things than that. It would be nice to have a playground for children and if the gym was bigger. But have no complaints. The move in was seamless and I haven’t needed maintenance yet. I’m happy.

This is a nice complex and within easy driving distance of all things Knoxville. Office folks are very nice and helpful. Maintenance staff is top-notch and responsive. Walls are pretty thick and I have rarely heard my neighbors in the last year. Overall, this is a great place to live for a reasonable price.
