The Meetinghouse at Daytona

Lived here since 12/2021 Love it. Quiet place. Lots of Activities and the pool & pond area is gorgeous with the garden.

Great management, nice property, nice location, nice community overall. Highly recommend.

Everything has been wonderful for the years that I have been here and I don't plan on moving anytime soon.I am a recovering cancer patient.At least I hope I'm recovering.The only problem I have is the maintenance manager keeping his hands off.My wifei've noticed that he takes many liberties around here That he should not be taken I hope management knows how to deal with this man.He's a rough one Am a little bit afraid like a lot of other residents Please fix this problem

It's my pleasure to say that Rosa Lee and Will are a breath of fresh air. In the short time they have been here the whole community has improved. The appearance is spot on. The front office (Rosa) attends to the residents every need. I'll call with an issue and it's resolved immediately. She's kind, courteous, and is generally concerned with our well being. In the past we were expected to tip (gratuity) our maintenance and front office to get service. So thank you for this fantastic couple. They make me feel safe and secure. They take pride in our little community.

I made a move from the third floor to the 1st floor. I have lived at the Meeting House for 6 yrs. My biggest and only complaint is: The clubhouse and all our amenities have been closed for a year. We need them open. Otherwise, this is only an apartment. NOT a great place to live. ONLY the ementities make this place great.
