Broker Pat Meehan and Agent Kimberly Vasquez knowingly misrepresented a transaction (where they knew their clients did not have funds to close / had contingencies that were not represented in the contract), continued to extend and delay the transaction when this came to light. Kimberly represented a previous deal to a friend of mine only weeks prior with the same clients in where they did the same thing (lied about deposits and contingencies). They are frauds who have cost me > $10,000 of loss. Do NOT do business with this group.
