The Meadows at Meridian Apartments

My wife and I found The Meadows in the Fall of 2019. Today, March 2025, the cobalt blue skies of Colorado prompted me to share my thoughts with those who may be searching for an apartment community. During the years we’ve lived in The Meadows we’ve grown to appreciate the not only the management but also the care and attention that’s taken maintain the grounds and amenities. If you’re tired of looking at apartments resembling stacked, square boxes, one on top of another, with views of more apartments stacked one on top of another, visit The Meadows at Meridian. From the first day we arrived we’ve received superb attention and response from both the office management and maintenance staff. Let’s face reality, things break and misunderstandings happen. I haven’t become a resident yet, but I truly hope I will soon! I was genuinely moved by the incredible warmth, professionalism, and personal touch that Sharon brought to my tour last week. She even took extra time to make sure I felt welcome and valued — something that really stood out to me. This community has such a special atmosphere. The beautifully maintained common areas, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful design all created an immediate sense of comfort and belonging. From the moment I arrived, I felt at peace — and had that unmistakable gut feeling that this is the place I would love to call home.

I’ve been quite happy with the past few months living here, I appreciate how peaceful it feels and how much effort goes into all of the landscaping and the remodeling, it’s clean at every corner of the complex. The maintenance team has been great, I had an emergency once and they reacted within minutes! The neighbors are nice and everyone is always walking their dogs, there are paths and places to dispose of pet waste which I’ve never seen without bags available for use, or overfilling the bins. Aside from initial lease admin things I haven’t had to work with office staff but when I did they were always friendly and happy to help. Keep up the great work!

I just renewed my lease and upgraded to a slightly larger apartment. I LOVE living here! The apartments are well appointed, the neighbors are nice and the staff are truly responsive and helpful. I want to specifically thank Lynn on the sales team, Jeremy on the maintenance team and the nice woman in the "back office" (I did not catch her name) for making my apartment transition nearly seamless.

I had to leave my lease one month early because my now deceased partner was dying and I couldn’t pay the bill anymore. The office said they would terminate lease all was ok. I just had to pay the one months lease left. Then they charged me 2.5k, then they took my security deposit another 2.5k, then they put it in collections and added another 2k. They are repeatedly updating it on my credit report every couple months. This place is predatory on finances. Beware.
