The Meadows At Lake Ronkonkoma

We had the pleasure of living in The Meadows of Lake Ronkonkoma apartment for two years, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The community always felt safe and welcoming, which gave us great peace of mind. The location is very convenient, with nearby stores and essentials just minutes away, making day-to-day living hassle-free. The apartment itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for easy living. Any time we had a question or request, the property manager was extremely helpful and attentive. Thank you Steve! Communication with the head office was also smooth and efficient. They were always quick to respond and supportive. Shout out to Lori and Jamie. Overall, this has been one of the best rental experiences we’ve had. We would highly recommend

DO NOT MOVE HERE... I am a current resident and I have been charged for things that I do not even have access to and I have been writing emails for over a year telling them. Every time you step out there are drug addicts all over the place and even inside the buildings. I have been asking to show the usage report or a bill for the additional charges but there is no response and it keeps adding on to arrears. They reply to your emails after months with no solution. I work over 70 hours a week and only come home to sleep and I had been sent heat charges of $135 for a month, whereas the heat does not even working even after raising the issue for months. I have got in touch with a law firm to handle all this if it's not sorted but FIND ANYWHERE ELSE BUT DON'T MOVE HERE, they'll rip you off

Living at the Meadows at Lake Ronkonkoma has been a great experience. Right from the start, the staff was courteous, professional, responsive & easy to work with. (Jamie & Lori) It was always a pleasure to speak with them. As for the property, it was clean, quiet & peaceful. I want to send out a special thank you to Steve. After finding The Meadows at Lake Ronkonkoma online, we quickly got in touch, and from the start, Lori made everything so easy (thank you so much Lori). She was warm, welcoming, informative, and always available to answer our questions. Lori, Steve, and Jamie went above and beyond to support us since we were moving from abroad and couldn’t visit the apartment in person. They shared videos, guided us through the process, and made us confident in our decision. When we arrived, Steve welcomed us and helped us get settled.
