Brookwood On the Lake Apartments

I'm in the process of moving in and I have my move-in date. Cristy has assisted me along the way with a combination of professionalism and an apparent caring approach that has grown to seem almost extinct in the days were living in. The process is complete and from the way I've been treated to this point, I have a clear positive expectation not only of this transition but of my living experience there in the coming days:-).

I'm waiting,but I heard nice things about this complex from my friend in Smithtown. His mother in law was here,liked it very much. Hope to hear from them soon

not great Im in here ob=ver 2and 1/2 months and still havent gotten my copy of lease and papers I signed , I need desparately for social security and am told that she hasnt gotten around to it . Ready to maake some phonecall if I dont hear something today Going to cut my check but heartless How could it be in a senior disability place to have such callous person managing the place

Poorly maintained apts. No security. Unless you own a car you are isolated in this out of the way location. If a neighbor smokes the smoke enters.

My grandmother lived here bed bugs all over the complex just look around you will see all the furniture lined up by the garbage area it is the worst we had to throw all her furniture and clothes away
