Paige was a delight to work with from the beginning. I had just sold my house "as is" (after a devastating fire) through her father, Rudy Aversano. He told me Paige was the condo expert. She was patient, helpful, and always pleasant. She knows her business very well. She helped me to decide on a condo in Hauppauge, which offered a lot of the features for which I was looking. She also made quite a few recommendations, which I really appreciated, not having been in the home buying market for a pretty long time. I would definitely recommend Paige, and I felt the same about her father.

Paige Aversano - Awful realtor! Doesn’t operate in good faith at all. Avoid at all costs. She told us we had a deal on a house and strung us along for two weeks all the while, she was planning a deal with another buyer behind our backs, leading us to believe that the lawyers were working on our contracts – even had us sign two separate binder agreements. Worked in bad faith. Completely unethical. Don’t hire.

Paige helped my fiancee and i our dream home. I wouldn't use anyone else besides her! She made everything go so smooth with closing.

Paige was a great help getting my in my first house, was quick to show me multiple homes and non stop searching to finding one that I liked! - would recommend

BEWARE!!!! Mailed a generic letter from their offices falsely stating that our mortgage had fallen in arrears and the lien holder is moving forward with foreclosure. THEY were going to help us. LIES!! We are not in arrears and we are not and never were in arrears. I WOULD NEVER LIST MY HOME WITH THEM!!!!
