The Meadows Apartments

Recently had to notify maintenance for an issue with our Dryer in our apartment. We put in a request and within 24 hours they arrived and took care of the problem. Thank you for fixing our issue so quickly. We have had nothing but a positive experience with the property maintenance team and office staff at our development.. Thanks again.

Nice apartments just needs to look into flex app to help residents and the having 3 times the rent to move in is ridiculous. They really don't want you there then

We’ve lived here for several years but frankly the last 2 years or so you can tell a change in how things are being run. Not for the better either. Maria does not properly address issues or concerns. She will often go days without responding back to you as if she has to research the proper answer. We’ve had issues with bugs with all the wet weather over the summer with no options given to us. Also heard another resident had a mouse issue and was told the exterminator will be out when he’s scheduled. Making it seem as though she does not have a proper keep up with them. We’ve also noticed an increase of trash around the complex on morning walks which is sad to see as the land around is very beautiful. met with Johanny. She was great. answered all our questions ,gave us a tour and helped us secure an apartment.

The custodial staff is wonderful! They help quickly and are always very polite. We are lucky to have them😊👍
