I was a client and worked directly with Alyssa Davoli for tenant placement, and what I described is based on my real experience. Alyssa did not do her due diligence when it came to screening - it felt rushed and focused more on collecting a fee than ensuring I had a responsible tenant. The tenant she placed caused major problems and it was clear that proper checks were not done. She was not even able to send me the tenant’s background check. I stand by my review. This was a genuine and very negative experience, and I would not want other property owners to go through what I did.

It was clear that she did not conduct a thorough background check or proper screening. The tenant ended up causing serious problems and turned out to be incredibly difficult to deal with. I expected a professional and responsible process, but this was far from it. I would not recommend her services based on my experience.
