Foundry Flats

We love Foundry Flats, Emmaus. Hali and Suzanne are helpful, professional, and welcoming. The apartment is pristine. Everything works properly. The amenities are beautiful, and the community of people is friendly. One of the things we love most is how dog-friendly this property is. Downtown Emmaus is a plus, as it is walkable with lots of great shops and restaurants to explore. Definitely recommend living here!

Moving to Foundry Flats was such a great decision! My apartment is incredibly spacious, with a beautiful kitchen and a large island that’s perfect for cooking and entertaining. The bedrooms and bathrooms offer plenty of room as well, and everything feels modern, clean, and brand new. The amenities throughout the community are also impressive, well-maintained, and very clean! Hali and Suzie have been wonderful throughout the entire move-in process. They’ve been kind, responsive, and extremely helpful, which made settling in so much easier. I’m really happy to call Foundry Flats home!

Beautiful new construction apartments with spacious, thoughtfully designed units. Located in a fantastic area of Emmaus, this community is ideal for anyone who works in the city (just a 15-minute drive) but prefers the charm and comfort of a small-town atmosphere. Hali and Suzie are attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful, making the entire experience even better.

I recently moved into Foundry Flats, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Suzie and Hali were incredibly helpful throughout the entire move-in process — they made everything smooth and stress-free. Any time I needed something, whether it was an additional key fob or a small maintenance request, it was handled right away. Everyone here has been extremely friendly and welcoming. The apartments themselves are beautiful. I love my unit — the hardwood floors, modern appliances, kitchen layout, and the in-unit washer and dryer are perfect. I’m genuinely thankful I was able to move here. The common areas are always very clean, including the hallways and shared spaces, which really adds to the overall quality of the community. My husband and I recently moved in to Foundry Flats Emmaus. We have an amazing spacious apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three walk-in closets. The kitchen has stainless appliances and comes with a washer/dryer unit. We are on the first floor and there are no steps involved, which makes it easier for my husband, as he wears leg braces. The huge windows and the sliding glass door allow for lots of natural light. The staff, Hali and Suzie are very nice, friendly and always willing to answer questions. I feel very safe living here and we are so glad to have found this beautiful place to live. There is a gym onsite, a pool for the summer and a very nice community room. We are looking forward to taking many walks into Emmaus and all the shops. We absolutely love it here. L.Myers
