I love this area and these apartment been staying here two months and have not had one single problem. It’s not loud super quiet my neighbors are quiet and to themselves. Can leave your car unlocked all night and nothing be missing. The office lady Marjorie is so nice and sweet. She gets things done in a timely manner, very professional and will make sure you’re satisfied with your apartment and where it’s located before you move in. Called maintenance one day because my toilet kept running and in 10 mins maintenance was their fixing it. It’s definitely changed a lot stayed in this area before and it’s more calm now.

No hot water is “high priority” but they’ll get to you when they get to you, doesn’t make sense. Took 2-3 hours and back to back calls to get in contact with someone about my sink leaking all over the kitchen. Maintenance also doesn’t know where they’re going and will enter your unit thinking it’s another…. On multiple occasions. They also aren’t prompt with work orders unless you harass them about it.

I’ve lived here exactly 9 years. My apartment is a good size and rent is affordable. Maria and her team are very friendly and helpful with everything. Noe and his team are also very helpful with all my maintenance issues and they always get done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend living here.

I just moved in Friday but from the moment I turned my application in and was accepted I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Marjorie has been perfect in every way! Apartment is comfortable quiet and accommodating.

I went to view an apartment the apartment was ok I just couldn’t get past the dirty floor I know it was an an example apartment but the floor could have been mopped and clean. The lady Majorie. Was good help very sweet
