The Maywood at Speedway

My experience with maintenance has been a bad one, sometimes you request for maintenance and they cancel when no one has came in, or they mark it done when no one has came to work on it, mold in many different areas and no one seems to care about that, community guidelines aren’t followed here and that they don’t get concerned at all. My last straw is their toilets , we have spent a holiday and multiple weekends without an operating toilet yet it’s only one in here, multiple plumbers coming and leaving without doing anything about it and no update us given , plumbers don’t carry their own supplies but walk in the apartment with dirty shoes that clearly needs shoe covers , be aware of their slow communication here and you can be stuck in an apartment without a toilet for weeks they don’t ca

Our experience at this apartment complex has been deeply disappointing. We encountered significant issues during our tenancy, including persistent mold infestation and recurring water leaks. These conditions ultimately made the apartment uninhabitable and forced us to move out before the end of our lease. Despite multiple attempts to contact management via email, our concerns were largely ignored. It appears there was little to no effort made to address the problems, and communication from management was severely lacking. Instead of acknowledging the severity of the situation, the management team is now attempting to retain our security deposit and charge us for two additional months of rent, citing a lease break—even though we vacated due to hazardous living conditions. I had a very pleasant experience at The Maywood at Speedway. The property is well-kept and has a welcoming atmosphere. Brittney, the property manager, was especially wonderful, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Damon is the upmost kind and diligent Maintenace tech I know! He seems to always place customers first. 10/10 I recommend.
