The Maxxen Athens

A decent place to live, but is now pulling one over on the residents by increasing parking by 133% after most of us have resigned (knowing they would be doing this well before we did ive been told). They're trying to charge the same amount as other *newer* places nearby, but severely lack in the amenities the other places have. If you're going to spend this much money on an apt, spend the same amount you would here at a better place.

The staff are really nice here and the proximity to campus makes it great for a college town apartment. Especially with how the rent is makes it perfect for college students. Not to mention the 75 dollar parking, travel to campus is more accessible

Love my apartment, I’ve been here for almost a year now and I’ve had 0 problems with anything in it. Staff is super nice and very helpful and made moving in a breeze!

Been a pretty great apartment to live at this past year. Great amenities, excellent location, mainteanance and the leasing office are incredibly helpful.

Literally the coolest staff and the amenities are perfect. The apartment is up to date and appliances are all new and shiny. The noise from outside is barely audible and did I mention how awesome the staff is??
