Paul and his team have been great to rent at one of their properties. I have been living under their same property management in Redwood City for 4 years. They’ve have always been very prompt to any service issue. Also Paul is a great guy, very kind and friendly and a good person to deal with. I am surprised that there are any bad reviews on here. It may be something off or if a person misunderstood and took it personal. Very respectful and I recommend dealing with Paul.

Rented a property for about 13 years, give or take. They didn’t give me back my security deposit despite no issues! If I was of age at the time, I would’ve chased it. Avoid folks, more headaches than convenience.

I hope you never need to pass by this place. We had a horrible experience with Maxine, she kept us waiting for 2-3 weeks and wasted our time with out giving us a definite answer if they wanted to rent their place to us or not, they made us to go wait and then they decided that they wanted to rent a place which was still under massive construction and needed at least 2 weeks to be done. So happy we did not rent their place, it would be a total pain!
