I called Carol Bennett to schedule a time for a showing. She told me I had to be there a certain time and that's it, she won't be showing it again. I agreed to Carol's scheduled appointment for the next day. I called Carol to let her know I will be running a few minutes late, but I will be there. Carol said she did not have our agreed upon schedule on her calendar and will not be there. I told her we just spoke yesterday and it's not my fault she forgot to add it to her calendar. I told her it's unprofessional. She said, I don't care. I proceeded to tell Carol I drove 30 miles for the showing. Carol screamed on the phone, "I DON'T CARE!" and hung up on me. It's unbelievable. I have never worked with a real estate so unprofessional and disrespectful in my entire life. I strongly recommend
