Lawyer's Title is the best. Ron Dechaine, Melisa Lozano and Neil Nunes and of course Carey Gorgolinski are extremely professional. The communication and updates are timely and frequent. When a contract comes in with a title company other than Lawyer's Title, we cringe. Every transaction we have done with Lawyer's Title-San Carlos has been quick to close and very smooth. When there is a hiccup with a lender or other issue, Ron and his team are quick to react and notify us immediately. Talk about white glove service. Highly recommend Ron DeChaine and his wonderful team. Keep up the great work!

Lawyers title is excellent. I trust Christina and Tilisa with every transaction. They make every escrow go so smoothly and their communication could not be better. I refer them to everyone I know. My clients could not be happier with them either. The best team ever!!!

Had the worst experience with Lawyers Title - San Carlos. They missed a detail because the guy we were working with (Ron DeChaine) was on vacation and he probably had no back up (atleast thats the excuse he gave us). So they did not do their due diligence. They actually allowed the loan to be funded and then asked for it to be refunded. And all this happened on the very last day. Its really a poor company with the worst customer service too. I would advice you to stay clear of them .
