If your black you will get treated very nice here unfortunately im not black American, front desk didn't cared to answer my questions, I only asked how long is the promotions is going last for, she carelessly said I would not be able to answer that but then my friend called to asked the same question he got an answer. So im guessing shes picking and choosing who to be nice to and informative for no reason.

Taneia took me on a community tour and I have to say I love the property and apartment style. She was very sweet but quiet and thats ok. She asked the right questions, was engaging and I could tell she is experienced in what she does. She was able to accommodate me walking in, in a timely manner. Very sweet.

My stay at this temporary accommodation was perfect in every way. The surrounding environment was quiet and peaceful. The convenience of having a Kroger market within walking distance was a huge plus. Easy access to I-85 was another great advantage. I loved that I could walk to the town center park and library. The location truly had everything I could ask for. Additionally, it’s situated in an excellent school district, making this place somewhere I’d genuinely love to purchase.

Even one star is too generous. Living here was the worst experience I’ve ever had — everything below is true. Rent was due on the 1st of each month. I submitted payment on 8/31, but since 9/1 was a holiday, it processed on 9/2. The management still charged a $200 late fee for being one day late. Although I had only a 4-month lease, they charged me an extra month’s rent as a penalty for not giving a 60-day notice before moving out. On my move-out day (10/1), after I had already paid that day’s rent, the management entered my apartment without notice, threw away all my belongings, and even changed the door code. They later removed some penalties after I contacted the police, but never compensated me for my lost items. Everything written here is 100% true. I do not recommend this apartme

This property is absolutely stunning!!! Taneia provided such a wonderful experience while touring. I’ve done a lot of tours and this property blew me away. It is also conveniently placed near a Kroger. 10/10 Recommend! Thank you again, Taneia!
