I have lived here for 2 years and I wouldn’t recommend living here. I’m just tired of dealing with the same problems over and over. Maintenance takes months to fix anything, and when they finally show up, the work is rushed or done so poorly that I’ve ended up having my fiancé come over and fix things himself. My AC was out for over a month in the middle of summer, my dishwasher took 3 months to replace, and the toilet in my master bathroom was broken for a month as well. There is mold in a bunch of places in the apartment! A lot of issues just get covered up instead of actually repaired. Even ‘emergency’ requests can take hours or days. They also don’t respect the 24/48 hour notice they have on the lease. They’ll knock and walk in, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Manag

I lived here a few years ago but moved because I needed a three bedroom apartment. I immediately regretted leaving and wished I had just stayed in my two bedroom until one became available. Now that I’ve moved back, I can confidently say this is one of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The apartments are extremely nice and modern—very spacious with plenty of closet space. I know there are a lot of negative reviews, but I personally haven’t experienced any of those issues. As with any large complex, there will always be typical apartment living challenges, but nothing out of the ordinary. This place really needs a zero from a gun shooting a year ago to the drugs and gun dealing in here to the kids that stalk your home and vehicles to attempt to steal it the cops can't do anything until the kids are caught stealing or braking in. Put up cameras it says your life. Also tenants look up Indiana laws your lease does not trump the laws. Educate yourself and do not live in this hell hole!! I'm trying like hell to find some where else to move but currently am having no luck. This place has left a mother with toddlers with no heat or water. A tenant moved in and had half the electricity not working while the ones that did buzzed. She had no water or heat. This place is a joke on top of that the ATTORNEY GENERAL HAS ALREADY USED PEDCOR ONCE FOR THEIR SLUM LORD WAYS GUESS HE'LL BE NEE

For a long time I wasn't surprised that this place had a 2.0 star rating. The office was understaffed and the maintenance was overworked and few and far between when issues needed to be fixed. My A/C has gone out three summers in a row and last summer my A/C was out for 15 days, on top of that the office contacted me a week after I left the first of 3 different voicemails. My A/C went out yesterday and I was dreading the same instance again. I’m pleased to say the office contacted me shortly after they opened, and had someone in to fix my A/C before I got home from work. The new maintenance crew is awesome and it feels like the office is better organized as well.

I lived here for 4 years. In the beginning it was decent, but as I got to know staff, it was really cool. Management changed about my second year here. Then I got to know new staff and they are really friendly and easy to approach. Kelli, Shawna, and Desire are awesome!! Very knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful. The property is well kept, management are on site, and usually responds in a timely manner. Also, a very safe neighborhood for families and excellent school systems in Valparaiso. Overall I really enjoyed living here!
