We showed interest in buying houses a couple of years ago, we reached out to Boulder Bay for information on a house then we got cold feet. After that, Boulder Bay would follow up every 3 or so months to see if anything changed. They didn't hound us for an answer like other realty companies. So when it was time to finally do it and get a house, to us it was obvious.
